My experience spans clinical service delivery, staff wellness and development, systems-level change. Building trust through assent-based practices, I’ve supported individuals through anxiety, depression, self-advocacy, and desensitization, while also mentoring teams and evaluating organizational performance.
Whether working with autistic youth, adults with IDD, athletes, institutions, or employees I bring a responsive, person-centered approach to every challenge.

"None of these are things we do to a person. We do them with the person and we do them having experienced their benefits ourselves."
A presenter, researcher, and workshop facilitator across a broad scope of behavior science applications ranging from therapeutic efficiency, inner behavior, and acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT) to organizational change and assent-based care.
My work aims to develop practical theory – offering synthesized, actionable insights for clinicians, researchers, and changemakers.
"Behavior science has the tools in the precise measurement of inner behaviors to
demystify mental health with the inductive natural science of Precision Inners."
My mission is to develop and share synthesized, actionable best practices that improve lives, helping people lead a life of satisfaction. We work toward a future where mental health science is inclusive, practical, and evolving – where people are the empowered decision makers shaping their own paths of meaning.Principles of accessibility, humility, equity, and collaboration guide all that I do. My work is grounded in a belief that people are the experts of their own experience.
I aim to offer comprehensive, standardized plain language tools to help understand yourself and your world, take control of your life, and build meaningful change.
